average wedding in the Greater Vancouver area. Building is a church building as you can see. So you know nowadays lots of people have got
different types of venues that they're looking for. [If] you want a church building, but you don't necessarily– you're not religious yourself or you may not be connected to a
church but you like this kind of a venue, it's perfect. The acoustics are great. Don't need any amplification. You don't need to worry about–I always like to tell
the grooms "Every delicate sound can be heard here, so that, grooms, when you're s-s-sniffling out the vows, everyone will hear every sound." But seriously, it's great acoustics and it's perfect for the wedding ceremony. [It's] air-conditioned, which makes it very nice for you
and your guests on your wedding day.
