(en/kr) korea vlog (wedding edition πŸ’’ ) | taking wedding pics & touring Korean wedding venues

I went to a wedding convention held at SETEC Convention Hall in Seoul to get information about wedding dresses and photo studios. There were many booths related to wedding planners and weddings. Stage 1: Photo Studio Tour We decided to decide which studio to do the studio shoot (rehearsal shoot). This is a place called 'Island Studio' located in Hanam near Seoul. I liked that it was possible to shoot outdoors in a fairly wide area. It was a pity that most of the studios located in downtown Seoul focused on indoor shooting. We wanted to shoot both indoors and outdoors, so we found a studio near Seoul.

There is a wedding dress in the studio, so it's very comfortable. The package includes 4 bridal dresses and 2 tuxedos for the groom. There are also pretty cafes that you can use while waiting . There seemed to be quite a few people who only came to use the cafe. Stage 2: Wedding rehearsal shooting Please do your makeup and hair before shooting (of course, the groom!) Arrive 3 hours before the shooting So, you
have to choose what to wear when filming.

I was contacted in advance to wear clothes that are easy to put on and take off. After everything was ready, I was introduced to a photographer who would work hard all day while waiting. "What are you doing?" "I'm getting ready" (preparing for filming) I've stored my belongings in the waiting room. I bought sandwiches and gimbap for the day in advance. You need a lot of stamina. All accessories (earrings, hairpiece, veil, etc.) are also prepared, so you don't need to bring anything special . About 5 couples are filming at the same time at the filming site while watching other couples shooting, but the lines of movement never overlap. . A glimpse of the dress My aunt took care of us all day. She helped me put on the dress and picked out accessories to match the dress. She even helped me with the hair so that each photo shoot concept would fit the dress.

It was really helpful. They also took pictures. Finished look #1 while adding volume to my hair. Practice smiling as the photographer told me while moving my mouth . Shooting started! All you have to do is follow the pose and background as instructed by the photographer. The groom is also taking a solo shot. Look #2 "Daddy's Bridge" is being explained in English. I really like this picture because it looks like a fairy tale character.

Finished look #3 As the photographer told me. Laughing at each other Now, during the outdoor shooting time, everything went smoothly. Very efficient, there was very little waiting time between shots . There is also a hanbok background. Let's go to the rooftop to shoot the sunset. Last finished look #4 This hair piece was so pretty. The makeup stayed on all day. The lights in the garden set the mood. Let's make it more romantic. We waited in the waiting room until it got dark, having a simple dinner.

The shooting is almost over . Lastly, we finished shooting today with this photo. Stage 3: Finding a wedding venue There are 4 types of wedding halls in Korea 1. Convention hall wedding (general) 2. Hotel wedding 3. House wedding and 4. Church wedding We decided to do a 'house wedding'. First: Ravidus There was a manager who spoke English well, so it was very helpful. Looking at the example of the welcome table , write a welcome message on Jenga . This place was originally the villa of former President Syngman Rhee, but in 1970 it was used as the office building of the film company Hanjin Heung-eop . I went to the reception hall and saw the table setting . There were many restrictions due to the influence of Corona. I look forward to all restrictions being lifted. Go upstairs. If the reception hall is not enough on the second floor, there is also a space that can be used.

In this room, you can watch the wedding ceremony live. You can change it. You can decide by looking at the weather conditions on the day. I liked the fact that you can change it without any restrictions . Everything is set up . There is also a pyebaek room. After the tour, go to the consultation room. The manager will tell you the options and costs in detail. Get a pamphlet and estimate . I was going in through the kitchen so as not to be disturbed… Secretly observing hahaha Selection of wedding venue candidates "Did you like it?" "Yeah, I liked it" "Everything necessary for the ceremony is packaged (mostly in the US)" "There is an MC who can speak English and Korean" "Flowers are also included in the package.

Basic options are also added. I think it's as pretty as an option." I liked the first place I went to, but I 'll try other places when I get a chance. Second: You can set up a pretty photo table near the entrance of The Class Cheongdam. The view as soon as you enter from the entrance . It's the perfect place for a cozy small wedding. Unlike the United States, Korean weddings have a waiting room for the bride .

It's a place where friends and acquaintances can say hello or take pictures before the wedding. It is one of the wedding hall brands called DGD. They prepared refreshments while waiting for the consultation. There is a space where you can display your wedding photos. The congratulatory table, which is not found in American wedding halls, has very pretty photos =) Upstairs is the luxurious waiting room for the bride and groom. I can see this .

There is also a dressing room and toilet. I continued my tour upstairs. The view from here was so pretty. I really liked the high ceilings and chandeliers that matched with the ceremony hall . It felt like I was in a castle. There is also a view from the 1st floor. Please prepare a video before entering. For attendees, sit at the tables on either side Walking the flower path x 2 Lights follow the bride. The wedding ceremony and the reception are held in the same space. The flower road is quite long . There is a lot of time to be noticed. : Raum This place is often used for filming dramas and movies, such as 'Sky Castle', or for fashion shows and brand launching events. It is common for large-scale weddings to be held in an indoor wedding hall .

There is also a chapel where weddings can be held. It was between the morning and afternoon weddings when I visited, so the guests were already there. You've been here a lot =) Atmosphere like you can't enter The bride and groom enter through these stairs from the waiting room The main ceremony is held in this outdoor garden .

You were busy preparing the wedding. Be careful not to disturb . Various choices of flower decorations. I like that in Korea, flower decorations are provided at wedding halls, so there is no need to find a separate florist and order delivery like in the US. Extra tables are set for when there are many guests It can be used as a room with a room or for an after-party. The picture of the bride and groom is really big =) Take a peek at the reception hall. Attending is another difference between Korean and American weddings. That's why we need more space for the reception. The manager showed us an example of the table setting. The setting can be changed in many ways. Wow, it was so nice to see it. I thought it was over, right? =) On the way to Busan… Fifth and last: Ananti Hilton Busan V The atmosphere is amazing and the building is amazing. It 's a chapel with an ocean view. It 's so lovely. The building felt bigger. In a word, it's a picture-like place. Every place we went to was so beautiful, and each had its own strengths . It was nice to be able to use various facilities, such as outdoors and indoors, and I thought I could have a fun wedding with a more individual and intimate feel.

In the last week of May 2022, after a few months in Lavidus… I received a wedding studio photo album. ! 7 types of acrylic framed photos are also included. Let's take a look together πŸ™‚ Out of 1000 photos taken by the photographer , I selected 36 photos and made it into an album . I remember the fun memories while filming. Thank you for watching..
