Hey Dumplings, it’s Dave Disci. Today we have some interesting theories and
stuff that people are talking about. Including V at the Paradise City hotel and
why Jennie is being brought up. We also have V uploading some new videos and
clips. And then we need to talk about allegedly BLACKPINK
member entering a hotel with a CEO. So hater or not, make sure you're subscribed

If you aren’t aware of some of the recent
drama, let me give some backstory really quick. The incident involving Lisa and Jung Kook
has been on-going for the last week or so. This drama involved Spotify, who reported
that Jung Kook had the most Korean solo artist streams. And then it was believed Spotify took away
credits from Jung Kook on songs like Left & Right and My Universe, which is not 100%
accurate, but those were the justification for why they believe Jung Kook didn’t get
the most streamed. And ARMY’s were upset at Spotify. When the honorific was taken away, it was
given to Lisa and of course people started to attack Lisa.
Giving really sexist and misogynistic comments. Saying that Lisa slept her way to get the
award or whatever. And I find it so funny how these same people
will use misogyny when it benefits them but if it’s to attack BLACKPINK all of those
morals or standards go out the window and they will say the most disgusting things. Given these people saying these things are
not men, these are women calling Lisa sexist things and saying she slept her way.
This is very disturbing. How other women or girls want to live in a
world where their personal success could also be seen in this way one day. Or is it that they have no expectation that
anything will come of their life so they don’t care what others would say? The drama really upset me basically, I just
can’t believe these are comments girls are making about other girls still in 2022. Don’t women get enough hate from men? Anyway, this drama continued and some people
were looking for more evidence that there were any ties between Lisa and the Global
head of Spotify, Jeremy Erlich.
The claims that the two know each other are
not wild at all. Rose was spotted allegedly watching a show
with Jeremy. And there’s been several photos with the
BLACKPINK girls and Jeremy. Someone then took a video recording of Jeremy
going to open the door in a black van to let Rose out into a hotel. And Rose got out and sprinted into the hotel. Because of all the paparazzi that were there. Somehow, I guess they knew that Rose would
be there. But from the clip you can also see multiple
people in that lobby and going into the hotel as well.
Jeremy also was allegedly there, you just
see the back of what looks like him and then was seen slowly walking into the building. Claims of Jeremy and Rose being recorded going
into the same hotel, implying that they were sleeping together, makes no sense. Judging by Rose’s reaction when she left
the car, she would have known that if she stuck around there would be some weird headlines
about her. Keep in mind if you’re trying to hide something,
that thing is the only thing on your mind. The fact that it seemed like the idea of dating
Jeremy was not even in her head because if it was, she would have likely done a detour
and tried to get out of the car a block early or have Jeremy get out a block early just
to not make it so obvious. But the fact that she wasn’t thinking of
this implies that there’s no dating here.
And as we can see there’s other people going
into the hotel. Likely this could have been a meeting on getting
BLACKPINK on Spotify or whatever the meeting would be about. The video recorded allegedly of Rose and Jeremy
is just an attempt at grasping at straws, trying to find a reason why Jung Kook did
not get most Korean solo artist streams. It doesn’t matter. And when I say a Spotify most streamed award
means nothing. It means nothing. It doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t solidify your career as an artist,
you don’t get a million dollar bonus for it, nothing.
And the fact that millions of people were
on this trying to make all the BLACKPINK members look bad? It’s sad to me. The feud in the fandom between BLACKPINK and
BTS just keeps getting bigger and recently got even bigger. The rumors of Jennie and V are back in rotation. And at first I was confused but it has been
because V has been putting out more content and then it’s being connected back to Jennie. V started to release his photo-folio. These are just mood pieces and it looks like
this was what he was shooting back in maybe April or so, I forget, where he went to Jeju
and did a photoshoot at a wedding venue. But I do want to mention something that I
feel people are conveniently forgetting. There was a viral tweet at the moment when
the dating rumor started to break out that talked about how a flight attendant or fan
saw V on the plane to Jeju alone with Jennie.
Now we are starting to see there’s no way
he was alone since these photo-folio videos were likely shot then. Which also means he probably didn’t have
any time to go on a date with Jennie while he was there. And it was not a personal trip. But that is just my theory. After the new videos V dropped, immediately
what some netizens were doing was saying that since there were dying daisies and even regular
daisies in V’s videos, this was a reference to G-Dragon. G-Dragon has referenced the flowers previously
and was known for it. G-Dragon was also rumored to date Jennie so
of course as a new lover like who everyone thinks is V, would insult the old lover. However, that’s just not what happened.
I don’t think V thinks about anybody specifically
when he makes these videos. And if they do, it’s not in an easter egg,
shady type of way. BTS doesn’t ever indirectly throw shade
at anyone. When they throw shade like in song lyrics,
they blatantly just say it or quote the person. In this case, if you want to believe V was
referencing G-Dragon, then it was more of inspiration of beauty and less of a shade
thing. Hence why in the video, the flowers are seen
in a very beautiful way, not a disgusting way. And V is even in bed with these flowers. So the rumors could also be that he’s sleeping
with G-Dragon. But no one is saying that. Because both of these rumors are ridiculous. So no I don’t think this was V’s way of
speaking out about the dating rumor as some people have said. I don’t think this was him addressing anything
other than him wanting to sell the photo-folio which he has worked so hard on.
I at least hope this controversy or rumor
would drive a lot of people to buy the photo-folio to try to see other “hidden messages”
but won’t get anything like that but would just be supporting V instead. Of course the rumors didn’t stop there. It went a step further and people were talking
about how V and Jennie must have been in the same hotel together, and this would mean that
they are dating. When Jung Kook and V both got back from their
recent trip. So V went to Paris, and then Jung Kook went
to Qatar for his Iconic Dreamers performance, which we do fangirl and react to on Patreon
by the way, link in the description. But around the same time Jung Kook and V got
back, they stayed at the Paradise City hotel in Seoul. This hotel is very nice. But the one specific penthouse room is designed
for luxury living of high end CEO’s and celebrities.
This room is like way isolated in the back
and you need staff to guide you there. And it’s a huge 2 bedroom room, with a huge
patio and swimming pool, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was believed that V and Jung Kook stayed
there since their return because the view of those mountains matched up with what is
advertised for this hotel room. And obviously they didn’t need to stay there
as they could just go home since they were in Korea but it was believed they just stayed
because it’s a nice room and it would be a fun little vacation. I don’t think Korea has a quarantine rule
right now and that wouldn’t make sense because Jung Kook and V were in the same room even
though they came back from different parts of the world.
Jung Kook and V filmed the Run BTS challenge
and that is where everyone found out about their stay. Now back about a year ago, it seemed like
Jennie also stayed at this hotel and the same room. People compared photos with the view that
we saw in Jung Kook and V’s Run BTS challenge and people believe Jennie was there. This for some reason was used as evidence
to prove V and Jennie are dating. I don’t get it. Because this is a luxury hotel room and it’s
Seoul where the two idols would have been to several times. The idea that Jennie would ever be in Seoul
and would want a nice room to hang out in or she had an event near there so they just
got a room for her.
And for V to be in Seoul for the same reason. It’s not such a wild idea. The two stays between V and Jennie were a
year apart too. So that is weird to assume Jennie was even
there that night that V was there. People think it was a hotel staff that took
Jennie’s photo showing the view. And it could have either been the label’s
staff or the hotel staff we don’t know. And then it’s believed a staff and even
Jennie was the one that recorded the Run BTS challenge of Jung Kook and V. But that is so silly and stupid. The Run BTS challenge I believe was credited
as Jung Kook edited it, and then V filmed or something.
So no one was there other than the two idols. And it’s funny because these people want
V or the label to address the rumors and confirm or deny. However, they’re constantly doing that. V saying that there’s no one else in that
room other than Jung Kook and V is proof that the rumors aren’t true. People just like to pick and choose the rumors
and theories to believe in and then blame V for not addressing it.
At this point there’s so many rumors and
it’s so weird to be V. Imagine him just waking up thinking that he addressed a rumor
in a subtle way, only for the entire internet to attack him for not addressing a different
rumor or theory. At this point, do whatever you want. If you want to date, date, if you don’t,
don’t. I don’t believe they are but if they were,
good for them. Now I kind of wish they were so that the haters
